I completed an interview with editor Bill Kimbro, who is writing an article about my book for "Law Office Administrator Magazine" which will appear in the February issue and "Medical Office Manager Magazine," which will appear in the January issue. We discussed how to be tactful when giving negative feedback to a boss.
